This Scheme aims to alleviate unemployment for young people aged 15 to 29, who do not participate in training programmes and the sustainable integration of young people into the labour market, by placing them in subsidised jobs that will provide work experience combined with two-month training.

The Subsidy Scheme is included in the Recovery and Resilience Plan and funded by the Recovery and Resilience mechanism, the central tool of NextGenerationEU, the temporary means of funding the EU recovery and exit from the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
